Delphi for Android Future

Firstly am going to be very secretive to the future of my Delphi for Android tool since others can and did steel my ideas... Profit from my idea! :-(

There will b a brand new version of Delphi for Android but more than that am not going to say or say when it will become available.

From now on I will not publish more detail about this and the other ideas/tools that am working on.

I'm sorry to hear the secrecy is necessary Lennie. And it distresses me that someone's been stealing your ideas. Despite this, if there's anything a fellow Delphi developer can do to help, let me know.

Good move Lennie, to avoid people to take your work for their own purposes without make a contribution to you.

Sorry for my bad english.

I'm curious..is this a set of components to utilize the Android SDK and write apps for Android, or are you writing some kind of IDE for developing Android apps?

Lennie I think you are losing it. You need some lessons in open source philiosophy. Follow me on Twitter philipdc or go download my Delphi App free at www.turbocash.net

TurboCASH is now one of the biggest free apps in the world people use it, people copy it people fork it, people use parts of the source, people doanload it free and sell it. The term is "upstreaming" not "stealing".

The best way to be reaaly secretive is not even to have a blog like this. It is completely naieve to believe that a single isolated programmer can change the world. A developer without a community is simply hallucination.

A public made idea can not be stolen, it is out there, if you want to prevent this you should do your R&D behind closed doors and don't let anyone know about what you are doing behind those doors.

Anyhow, I find your project very interesting, my suggestion: a) stabilize it make it a product, b)register your idea with http://slientangels.co, maybe your idea gets funded ;)

This is a great idea...I would love to know more, and play around with it a bit. Although I don't know an Anroid based smartphone, it sounds fun. I've been annoyed that only Java-like languages have been able to be used on the OS thus far...

I believe that this project is dead.
Would you be kind enough to provide an update?

I believe that this project is dead. Would you be kind enough to post some current information as it has been months! We would LOVE to see such a project come to fruition.
